The Costco Guys are officially over. What started as a fun father-son activity has now become a whole media project, with a rotating cast of characters and a host of reviews ranking food on a proprietary “boom” meter.

While this was fun at the beginning, the cracks have recently begun to show in the Costco Guys empire. Behind-the-scenes videos emerged that made the filming process look miserable, and while we all loved calling that kid The Rizzler, at the end of the day, he’s an elementary school child with a whole life to live.

That said, it seems the father of the group, AJ, is going to keep shaking that golden goose until it lays another egg, even if the people are getting kind of sick of it. Recently, the group was invited onto the field at a football game in an attempt to record the “World’s Biggest ‘Boom.’”
