This U.S. Olympian was attempting a springboard dive that involved several flips before elegantly entering the water. However, she didn’t do that. To be more specific, she slammed her legs into the diving board and ended up flopping into the pool in the fetal position.

Unbelievably, this isn’t the sort of thing the Olympic committee is looking for (they really like it when you *don’t* hit the diving board). As a result, she earned a record for the team: zeroes across the board.
