Way back when, Gothic and Victorian architects realized they needed to implement storm drains into their designs. And while the storm drain might not be the sexiest architectural feat, it turned our to be the weirdest. However, at some point in history, it looks like things went off the rails.
Nestled onto the sides of incredibly impressive architecture are some of the most vulgar, gross, and hilarious sculptures. Following the traditions of Renaissance men and their odes to the human body, these maniacs took it a step further and focused on the areas of anatomy that we don’t talk about.
We don’t know what these designers were smoking, but we want some of it.
