Many hourly wage jobs function under the ridiculous policy that employees are responsible for figuring out who should cover their missed shifts. Isn't that literally the whole point of having a manager?
Managers who make bad schedules just make more work for everybody. But instead of taking responsibility, they tend to blame the employees. Here are 21 bad managers who think they're messed up schedules are the employee's problem.
