If you’ve spent any time on TikTok or X/Twitter in the past few weeks, one phrase has probably been ringing around your brain pushing out whatever childhood memories you have left.
That phrase? “We’re Costco guys!”
@a.j.befumo We’re Costco Guys‼️ #costco #father #son #family #bigjustice #boom ♬ original sound - A.J. & Big Justice
I can’t explain it either, but for some reason, the algorithm has decided that we all really want to see this child and his father walk around Costco and enjoy all of the things the store has to offer. Is it their voices? Their genuine enthusiasm in this irony-soaked time? Or do we all just like Costco?
Well, like these boys or not, they’ve gone mega-viral — so viral, in fact, that they were recently invited to make an appearance at some child’s bar mitzvah?

They’ve also inspired many haunting parodies, such as this video where their simple dialogue is transformed into a series of Geiger-esque monsters.

While some love the antics of the Costco Guys, others have their suspicions, feeling as though there’s some dark undercurrent that lingers beneath each chicken bake-rimmed smile.
Initially thought the Costco guys were kind of sweet.

Now I'm starting to think something sinister is brewing beneath the "booms". pic.twitter.com/Bf6RoHClGA
However, further internet denizens say that the Costco Guys are just that: two dudes at Costco who just want to have a good time.
They are adorable and the kid will grow up to be a highly sociable Chad https://t.co/lllYC8KAOE

Personally, I don’t know what to make of any of this. However, all of this talking has me in the mood for a $1.50 hot dog and a soda. If only there was some place I could get such a thing.
